RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please call Customer Service at 336-880-5183 for assistance.
If you opt for a store credit instead of a refund, we offer complimentary return shipping if you use our pre-paid return label we will send to you.
SALES TAX
If you reside in the state of North Carolina, sales tax of 6.75% is automatically applied to your order in accordance with North Carolina state and local regulations.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your order cannot be cancelled once it is no longer in the pending status.
